Nordbo
Nordbo is Swedish for “northerner”. Working with Taylor on her branding for this sustainable clothing store was a dream come true. We knew this logo needed to be symbolic of her vision and mission for this business, not necessarily symbolic of the industry itself. We played with multiple ideas before falling in love with this hand-drawn symbol of a blackbird (Sweden’s national bird) holding a twinflower in its beak.
Taylor’s Minnesota-based business is not only about ethical production, but also lasting function and design. I strongly feel that we embodied her mission and creativity with this logo, and I can’t wait to see her business continue to create beautiful work!
