Brand Design

Creating your brand identity is more than making a logo, it’s developing a clear and consistent image for your business. This image will be your first and last impression as a business. It’s my job to make sure that impression is a professional and original representation of your values and mission.

  • Communication

    Once we begin working together, we’ll start with a brand strategy meeting where I’ll ask some questions concerning your style and preferences. We’ll fill the brand guide out with whatever preferences, strategy, or ideas you already have prepared and we’ll make a list of what else needs to be gathered or thought through. I also have an option for those who would rather fill out a form on your own time.

    Research

    Not just any type of logo will work for your specific business. I’ll conduct market research on both your industry and target audience. This will allow me to create a logo that functions well in the applications that your industry will require, as well as create your brand to reflect the meaning and vision behind your business.

    Strategy

    This is when I’ll use the brand guide alongside my market research to create a mood board for your brand. A mood board doesn’t include the final logo but gathers inspiration, colors, fonts, and aesthetics that your final logo will reflect.

    Creation

    Once you’ve approved your mood board, I’ll begin designing your logo. This part of the process typically takes about 2-3 weeks, and you won’t hear much from me until I’m sending you the completed design. I will start by working on a few different directions for your logo and slowly narrowing these options down to the best and most succinct solution for your brand.

    Refine

    I will present the final logo to you in an in-depth PFD format where I will explain the rationale and process I worked through. This PDF will also include mock-up images utilizing the logo and other branding elements so that you can get a glimpse of how it will look in various applications. From here you have one week to look over the presentation and decide if or what changes you’d like to see made.

    Launch

    Once everything is finalized and approved, you’re ready to share your branding with the world! I’ll create the final files and upload them to an organized Google Drive folder along with your brand guide, mood board, contract, and any other documents or elements from our time working together.

 

Web Design

Your website should be a clear and easy-to-navigate library of information that gives a big-picture view of what you do. A good website balances content, efficiency, and user-interface to provide information and guide its visitors to action.

  • Before we get started, please have the following information ready. -Which Squarespace plan is going to serve your business best? -How many pages are you wanting to be featured on your website? I.e. “About” page, “Home” page, “Contact” page, etc.. If you need any help with these steps, please let me know prior to service and I’d be happy to assist you!

  • Communication

    ✶ Once we begin working together, we’ll start with a consultation meeting where I’ll ask some questions concerning your style and content preferences.

    Research

    ✶ I’ll conduct market research on your industry to identify the necessary features and elements for your website. This will help me create a website that aligns with industry standards, and decide what types of styles and elements can set your website apart from others in a positive way.

    Strategy

    ✶ We’ll have a second meeting to begin work on the Website copyright guide. We’ll fill the guide out with whatever preferences and content you already have prepared, and make a list of what else needs to be gathered.

    Creation

    ✶ Once the Copyright guide is complete, I’ll begin work on your website! This part usually takes 2-3 weeks as I create, develop, and fine-tune the features and content of your site.

    Refine

    ✶ Once your website is complete, I’ll send you a link to view it before it goes live. I usually recommend comparing it with the copyright guide to make sure we accomplished the design and utility that we set out to! I allow for one round of revisions if you are wanting to add any additional content or modify existing content. Please note that a long list of revisions may set our timeline back a bit.

    Launch

    ✶ Once everything is finalized and approved, you’re ready to share your website with the world! We will have one final meeting to review everything together before the launch. I’ll make your website public and you can begin promoting it. If you are wanting to manage your own website, this is the time we will decide on a training schedule.

 

Event Design

  • Timeline: 3-4 weeks

    EVENT WEBPAGE

    • A custom-designed Squarespace landing page (FREE hosting for one year)

    • Custom Domain name (FREE for one year)

    • This page can be used by visitors to view event information, maps, volunteer, donate, rsvp, and more.

    EVENT BRANDING

    • Event branding includes a custom color scheme, two handpicked fonts, and a single logo in two variations.

    CUSTOM DESIGNED FLIER

    • Flyers can be designed in any layout and format.

    4 SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSETS

    • Social media marketing posts will be formatted to be used in Instagram, Facebook, and Email.

    This option is ideal for a large event that will utilize branding assets alongside a landing page where visitors can RSVP, donate, volunteer, and more.

  • Timeline: 2 weeks

    Investment: $450.00

    Includes:

    EVENT BRANDING

    • Event branding includes a custom color scheme, two handpicked fonts, and a single logo in two variations.

    CUSTOM DESIGNED FLIER

    • Flyers can be designed in any layout and format.

    4 SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSETS

    • Social media marketing posts will be formatted to be used in Instagram, Facebook, and Email.

    This option is ideal for medium-large events that will utilize branding assets for marketing.

  • Timeline: 2 weeks
